Returns and Refunds Policy

This English version is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

1. Return period

At Solid Creaciones, we want to make sure our customers are satisfied. In accordance with current Spanish regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, except for personalised products.

2. Return conditions

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects in the product.
• Damage suffered during transport.

For a return to be valid, the product must:

• Be in its original condition, unused and with all its accessories.
• Be sent in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to prevent damage.
• Include the proof of purchase or invoice.

Personalised products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

3. Return process

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@solidcreaciones.es within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Give your order number and the reason for the return, and attach photos if the product is defective.
3. Our team will review your request and, if appropriate, send you the return instructions.

We will not accept returns without prior notice to and approval from Solid Creaciones.

4. Cost of returns

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, Solid Creaciones will cover the return costs.
• If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal and the product is not defective, the customer must cover the return costs.

5. Refunds

• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
• The original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

6. Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. For defective products, the customer may choose:

• Repair of the product.
• Replacement with a new product.
• A full refund of the amount paid.
