Solid surface (Corian®) is an innovative material made mainly of natural minerals and acrylic resins. Its surface is homogeneous, non-porous and extremely durable, making it ideal for bathroom accessories.
One of its key features is that it is non-porous, which means it does not absorb moisture or bacteria, making it a hygienic, easy-to-clean choice.
Another big advantage is that it can be repaired: small imperfections or scratches can be restored by sanding and polishing, bringing back its original look without replacing the whole piece.
Avoid abrasive products or scouring pads that could scratch the surface. Stubborn stains can be removed with a mixture of water and vinegar, which is effective without affecting the finish of the material.
Protect your accessories from falls and knocks: although they are tough, a strong impact can damage them.
If scratches ever appear, you can repair them by lightly sanding with fine sandpaper and then polishing the surface to restore its original finish.
Adhesive accessories are designed to stick only to smooth, even surfaces such as tiles, glass, metal or smooth wood. They are not recommended for textured, painted or wallpapered surfaces or porous materials, as the bond will not be secure or long-lasting.
