Therefore, any order placed under these conditions will be cancelled and will have no validity.<\/b><\/p>

Article 1: Preamble and definitions<\/strong><\/p>

The general terms of sale set out below (hereinafter the “General Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between any user of the site who wishes to make a purchase from Solid Creaciones through our website or by phone (hereinafter “the customer” or “you”).<\/p>

The main activity of Solid Creaciones<\/b> is the sale of bathroom equipment to private customers through the website www.solidcreaciones.es<\/b><\/p>

Delivery time: varies depending on the product and the supplier and must be checked separately for each order.<\/b><\/p>

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.<\/p>

These general terms of sale are the only terms applicable and replace any other terms, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.<\/p>

Solid Creaciones may at any time need to modify certain provisions of these general terms. It is therefore necessary to consult the updated version on the day of your order on www.solidcreaciones.es (hereinafter the “Site”).<\/p>

These modifications will apply to the customer from the moment they are published online and will apply to orders placed after publication. Every purchase on the Site is subject to all the clauses of the general terms applicable on the date of the order. Solid Creaciones considers that, by confirming their order, the customer is duly aware of the general terms of sale and accepts them without reservation.<\/p>

Article 2: Ordering procedure and methods<\/strong><\/p>

Customers can place their order in two ways:<\/p>

– By phone on +34 670 966 509<\/p>

The data provided by the customer and recorded by www.solidcreaciones.es<\/a> during registration and ordering constitutes proof of the transactions between the Site and the customer. Once the customer has confirmed the order, Solid Creaciones will send a message confirming that the order has been successfully registered.<\/p>

The Site reserves the right not to make a delivery or accept an order if the customer has any partial or total outstanding payment for a previous order or if there is a contractual dispute with the customer.<\/p>

Article 3: Price<\/strong><\/p>

Prices shown on the Site include delivery costs.<\/p>

The Site reserves the right to change its prices at any time, always honouring the prices in force on the day the order is registered, subject to availability on that date.<\/p>

Article 4: Retention of title and risk<\/strong><\/p>

Solid Creaciones will retain ownership of the products sold until full payment has been made.<\/p>

These provisions do not create any problem for the customer, since the Site bears the risk of loss of and damage to the products purchased until delivery at the agreed place.<\/p>

Article 5: Availability<\/strong><\/p>

The customer agrees and accepts that Solid Creaciones will accept their order depending on the stock available and the stock of its suppliers and partners.<\/p>

If a product is not available after the order has been confirmed and the sale has closed, the Site will inform the customer by email or phone of the date on which it will be available again, and we will offer equivalent replacement products or cancellation.<\/p>

In the latter case, in order to maintain calm and satisfactory commercial relations, Solid Creaciones will offer the customer a refund of any amounts already paid by bank transfer.<\/p>

Article 6: Product information<\/strong><\/p>

Solid Creaciones describes the general characteristics of its products on its website as accurately as possible, using the technical descriptions, photographs and\/or videos provided by suppliers and partners.<\/p>

Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee an exact representation of our products, due to colour differences between web browsers and\/or display monitors. The Site cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the colours of the photographs shown on the website.<\/p>

Some products whose technology and design evolve may differ to some extent from the product shown on the website. Solid Creaciones cannot confirm the uniformity of production; therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product delivered will be exactly the same as the one shown on the website. These differences, if they do not relate to the essential characteristics of the products and do not affect their quality, cannot justify cancelling the order or refusing delivery, without prejudice to the consumer\u2019s right of withdrawal under articles 101, 68 and related articles of the Spanish Consumer and User Protection Law.<\/p>
