In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>1. Return period<\/h2>\n<p>At <strong>Solid Creaciones<\/strong>, we want to make sure our customers are satisfied. In accordance with current Spanish regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving their order, except for personalised products.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Return conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing defects in the product.<\/li>\n<li>Damage suffered during transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For a return to be valid, the product must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be in its original condition, unused and with all its accessories.<\/li>\n<li>Be sent in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to prevent damage.<\/li>\n<li>Include the proof of purchase or invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personalised products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Return process<\/h3>\n<p>To request a return, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact us at <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@solidcreaciones.es<\/a><\/strong> within 14 days of receiving your order.<\/li>\n<li>Give your order number and the reason for the return, and attach photos if the product is defective.<\/li>\n<li>Our team will review your request and, if appropriate, send you the return instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We will not accept returns without prior notice to and approval from Solid Creaciones.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Cost of returns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, <strong>Solid Creaciones will cover the return costs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If the customer exercises the <strong>right of withdrawal<\/strong> and the product is not defective, the customer must cover the <strong>return costs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Refunds<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the returned product has been received and inspected, <strong>the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The refund will be made using the <strong>same payment method used for the purchase<\/strong> (credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay).<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>original shipping costs<\/strong> will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Warranty<\/h3>\n<p>All our products are covered by the legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. For defective products, the customer may choose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repair of the product.<\/li>\n<li>Replacement with a new product.<\/li>\n<li>A full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.
